- Orders can be cancelled only before processing/shipment.
- Custom, personalized, or Print-on-Demand items cannot be cancelled or returned except for confirmed quality defects.
- Returns for non-quality reasons are accepted within 7 days of delivery, at the customer's shipping expense.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for refund or replacement, subject to submission of evidence (photos/videos) within the stated timeframe.
- Disputes for delayed or non-delivered orders must be raised within a reasonable window based on shipping destination.
